The beach area was relaxing with plenty of sun loungers and a swim-friendly environment. The spa offered impressive massage services. Location was perfect, just a short walk from Mallory Square and the local excitement.

Our 4-night stay in the Standard Queen Room was delightful! We enjoyed the convenient location and loved dining at the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious seafood dishes. A quick tip, request a room away from reception for quieter nights, as the area can be noisy with returning guests.

The Pier House Resort & Spa features stunning ocean views and beautifully maintained gardens that made my business stay feel truly special. The central location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, enhancing my after-work activities. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring my needs were met promptly, including assistance with my presentation setup.

We enjoyed the lively nightlife and took a boat tour, which was unforgettable. Our hotel had great amenities and a friendly vibe that made our trip even better.

However, the check-in experience was lacking. the staff seemed indifferent and not at all welcoming, which was a letdown for us.

I loved staying just a few steps from the Key West Shipwreck Treasure Museum and the Audubon House and Tropical Gardens, making it easy to enjoy the sights without worrying about transportation, and the inviting atmosphere at the beach bar really added to my experience as a solo traveler appreciating easy access to the fun around me.

My kids wished there were more towel racks in our room.
